About Single Window Portal

Single window portal is a newly developed concept that acts like a hub where you can access & avail several services from different departments under one roof in just a single click. After login in your registered account in WB eDistrict website, at the top in the dashboard you will get the Single Window System button, clicking on it will open the doorway to get all the services that you need.

Do you require Income Certificate ?
Do you require Domicile Certificate ?
Do you require Do you require Khadyasathi (Ration Card) ?

Do you have any Govt. health card other than Swasthys Sathi Card?

INFO- WIZARD

Often citizens are not aware of the schemes, services, entitlements applicable to her/ him. The information wizard acts as an interactive tool that provides comprehensive information on schemes, services, entitlements as applicable. A citizen is required to enter specific details such as age, caste, qualification, address etc. and once the fully filled-in pro-forma is submitted, a list of schemes, services, entitlements applicable to her/ him appears.

The list of schemes, services, entitlements applicable to her/ him is comprehensive and that no additional schemes, services, entitlements are required.
